Refund policy
We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit.
All returns will be refunded in form of store credit that never expires. You will be credited the cost of the item less the shipping fee. You are responsible for the return fee as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without letting us that you will be returning it.
There are certain situations where credits are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchange on:
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- ALL ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
Credits (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you don't receive an email from us within 5 days of the item's arrival to us then please contact us at zcloset.ca@gmail.com
